The caravan was equipped with a stovetop. That was acceptable.
I booked an 8 berth static home with decking for my family. the decking only had enough room for two chairs. That was misleading! when i mentioned the decking size to the staff, along with a damaged door, they showed no care. they said they would fix the door and bring extra chairs, apply, twice. but nothing happened . poor customer service is an understatement.

I loved that we decided to extend our visit. The staff is lovely and always willing to help! i saw the grounds are well-kept. This site is one of the best i have ever seen. a doggy washing station is available on-site, so my dog could get a bath after playing at the beaches!
the caravan site felt basic. i wish there were more amenities available directly on the premises.

The accommodation was excellent. It was great. The facilities for dogs were also EXCELLENT, a major plus for pet owners like me. I am already planning a return visit in 2025 without a doubt! The staff were FIRST class, providing excellent service throughout my stay.
The limited number of drinking glasses in the caravan was a minor inconvenience. There were only two available, though wine glasses were provided.

i booked a caravan for four nights, and i really didn't want to leave! the caravan was immaculate and included a dishwasher, a washing machine, and everything necessary for cooking. the beds were comfortable and quite modern. it was like home, the staff was really friendly, and i even received a call en route to ensure i arrived before reception closed.
the caravan site felt a little basic, though the grounds were completely immaculate. the caravan had quite a few flies inside. i found that there were only two drinking glasses and a couple of wine glasses.

the team provided a phone call before arrival to confirm i would be there before closing, that was thoughtful. after settling in for a few hours, someone came to check if everything was alright, which i found lovely. the staff are first class.

the dog facilities are excellent. the site itself is well-presented and everywhere is kept immaculately clean; even the bin stores are well-maintained. the on-site play area was a hit and we visited many attractions; all drives were a maximum of 30 or 40 minutes away.
